TASCO HOSTS 2006 OPEN HOUSE

Tasco Auto Color hosted its second annual open house on April 27th, 2006. The event was held at Tasco #16 in Beaumont, Texas and was deemed even more successful than the previous year. Over 400 managers and employees of body shops and collision centers from around the Golden Triangle were on hand for an evening full of painting tips, food, and fun.

Information booths were set up around the event to let people find out about the latest trends and equipment in the industry. Suppliers such as PPG, Mirka, and House of Color were on hand demonstrating painting techniques and showcasing the latest in painting technology.

Not to be forgotten were the 2,600 pounds of crawfish that were boiled on site and served hot to everyone in attendance. Not a pound was left at the end of the night, as everyone there enjoyed the food, fun, and demonstrations. Door prizes were also drawn, having been donated by suppliers and business partners of Tasco Auto Color. One lucky person even left with a flat-panel big screen television in hand, along with other prizes including paint guns, shop stools, and supplies.
