Hodges opened its doors in 2001 at its original location off Rayford Road in Spring, Texas. Typical year-over-year growth for the company was 3 percent to 5 percent, but business has exploded. Guinn decided to expand from two to four locations in 2013, creating its Tomball Parkway and Magnolia presence. The company reported $6.6 million in revenue that year, double its 2012 revenues.
