3M Seminar: Working Smarter, Not Harder Through Standard Operating Procedures
Taught By
John Spoto | 3M Strategic Project Support | Project Manager
John tells us “As a Strategic Project Manager, I spend much of my time working closely with collision stores on current, up to date processes, and work to eliminate constraints that lead into increased revenue. Also being an I-CAR Instructor in Southwest Florida, affords me the opportunity to relate with everyone throughout the entire repair process.” |
3M will be presenting “Working Smarter, Not Harder Through Standard Operating Procedures”. John Spota, 3M Strategic Project Manager, will bring his 42 years of collision industry experience to bear on this topic. We always enjoy and learn from what John has to present.
If you have ever thought about the amount of organization in your shop, this class will be very informative. John will be answering these questions. Truly, what is a Standard Operating Procedure? If you have Standard Operating Procedures, What would you do to increase sales? What would you do to prevent and remove constraints?
During this seminar we will provide a solution on how to eliminate constraints and also create a “Pull Through Environment”. We hope to see you there.
