"We're still locally, family-owned and -operated. We're not some big corporate entity; we don't slam you in and slam you out. We go the extra mile," said owner Steve Guinn.

Hodges opened its doors in 2001 at its original location off Rayford Road in Spring, Texas. Typical year-over-year growth for the company was 3 percent to 5 percent, but business has exploded. Guinn decided to expand from two to four locations in 2013, creating its Tomball Parkway and Magnolia presence. The company reported $6.6 million in revenue that year, double its 2012 revenues. And its two-year revenue growth was enough to rank the company on Houston Business Journal's 2014 Houston Fast 100 List."
